Chrome os kernel panic

i tried to install the chrome os on my pc which was provided on digit dvd. i got a kernel panic .the 2 lights of key board (caps lock,scroll lock)

Only one option / reason / solution : remove all other USB storate divices attached at the time of booting. If not attached, there is no any other way. I also have same problem, and I searched for the possible solution, not find anything else.
